A new Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU 2016/679 entered into force on 25 May 2018, replacing Slovak legislation (Act No. 122/2013). In accordance with Article 13 of the GDPR, it is our legal obligation to inform you how we process your personal data and your rights. This is the so-called “GDPR law”

Personal Data Administrator

The administrator of personal data on the website www.rojawelding.com is the company ROJAWELDING s.r.o., Mierová 1966/2 026 01 Dolný Kubín, IČO: 53021371. Registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court in Žilina, file 74428 / L.

Scope of processing

We process personal data only for the purposes of communication, concluding contracts or for marketing purposes, where of course we require the express consent of the client. Resources are directly from clients, from contracts, from internet forms, internet portals.

For business purposes

These are personal data of the type: name and surname, address, telephone number, email, ID number, account number. We process this data for the purposes of the contract or order processing.

For marketing purposes

We do not process email addresses or any data to send marketing messages

Browsing a website

When you visit our site, we collect (non-personal) data such as: how much time you browsed the site, what source you came from, where you clicked the most. This data is collected automatically by Google Analytics using cookies and tracking technologies. This data cannot be attached to a specific person. You can turn off cookies in your browser at any time.

We declare that we will not give your data to third countries and will never be shared or sold to a third party.

Method of processing

Data processing is performed by the administrator at his registered office on a computer or manually in paper form. With the client’s consent, the administrator manages e-mail addresses in a well-known online e-mail storage program called MailChimp (www.mailchimp.com). Webhosting of the website is from the Slovak company WebHouse, s.r.o .. For communication purposes we use services from Google suite. The computer is password protected and important file directories are protected by the well-known encryption program FolderLock. Documentary documents are stored so that they are not lost or stolen.

Processing time

In paper form, such as contracts, they are kept in accordance with accounting laws. Email addresses with consent for marketing purposes are kept for the duration of the company’s business activities. Other data is used only for communication purposes and is no longer stored.

Your rights as an entity

You have the right to contact us at any time to request a change or correction of your data. If you have doubts about the lawful processing, you can request a change, explanation, correction, addition or complete deletion of the data. Especially when processing email addresses.

Protection and security

I will handle your personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable Slovak and European legislation. I use automated as well as non-automatic means for processing personal data. All data is stored on secure servers hosted in the European Union and on a Google server (we use GoogleSuite). The computer is password protected and important file directories are protected by the well-known encryption program FolderLock.

Personal data is protected as much as possible by means of modern technologies, which correspond to the level of technological development and the degree of risk of misuse.

We voluntarily undertake to maintain technical and organizational measures to prevent the misuse, damage or destruction of personal data throughout the chain, from entering your e-mail to deleting after expiration or the data storage period required to fulfill the contract, which follows from the law.

Admin Statement

We declare that, as the administrator of personal data of our customers, we fulfill all legal obligations required by applicable legislation, in particular the Personal Data Protection Act, and thus that:

  • We process the personal data of our customers only on the basis of consent, legitimate interest or legal title.
  • We do not work with sensitive personal data, ie. Personal data indicating nationality, racial or ethnic origin, political attitudes, trade union membership, religion and belief, criminal convictions, health status and sexual life of the data subject and the data subject’s genetic data, biometric data,
  • We fulfill the information obligation towards our customers according to the Personal Data Protection Act,
  • We enable our customers to exercise their rights under the Personal Data Protection Act,
  • We fulfill all other obligations of the personal data controller according to the Personal Data Protection Act,
  • We undertake to take into account in the e-mails of any changes in the records of personal data of our customers within 48 hours of receiving information about the change.
  • We will inform the Office for Personal Data Protection in case of theft, loss, unauthorized access.
